Custom Highlight
this version will support the highlight from a defined set of spaces.
Space admins are now able to select the spaces from where terms will be highlighted. This setting can be done from add-on's setting menu (Space tools > Apps > Glossary) :

Sanity Check
Glossary 4.1.0 includes a sanity check, this panel will help to solve problems such as duplicated letters, orphaned terms, orphaned letters... it will also give the ability to export and clean such anomalies.
- Sanity Check panel can be accessed from Confluence's global administration, thus it's only visible to Confluence admins
Confluence admins can access Sanity check
from the lateral menu within Glossary section :

- Confluence admin can select a sanity operation to verify the database

- Once started the admin can either abort the check or wait for the search to be done

- After getting all results the admin can do the following actions : export the log, export results (csv or excel) and/or clean the database.
